People receive answers to each letter sent to this address.


7. In many places, Santa's postal volunteer resides, who respond to these letters that come to Santa's name. Many children from India and abroad send e-mails to Santa on the eve of the letter. The answers they receive and their specials are fulfilled on Christmas day.
