There are seven  Union Territories in India which are operated by the Central Government. These Union Territories of India are developing rapidly for industry and tourism. Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli are well-known for,  churches and forts. Let's know some interesting facts about the 7 Union Territories of India and the beautiful tourist spots there!

National Capital Region Delhi - New Delhi
In 1956 Delhi was turned into a central area, today Delhi is one of the largest metro cities in India and on the basis of the population it is the eighth largest part of the world. The National Capital Territory of Delhi includes Noida, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad and there are many tourist attractions in Delhi such as the Palika Market built in the ground, Ajuna Kamal Temple of India, Jama Masjid, Akshardham Temple, Lal Jain Temple And Delhi's proven border mark The India Gate.

Chandigarh - Chandigarh

Lakshadweep - Kavaratti
Lakshadweep, along with the region, is also the smallest Union Territory of India in terms of population. Lakshadweep is situated in the sea near the coast of Kerala and Kavaratti is the largest city and capital! Lakshadweep is one of India's best tourist places and is full of natural beauty. Coral-rocks, marine life and the beach make a different identity because of which it has become one of the best honeymoon destinations in India.

Andaman and Nicobar Islands - Port Blair
Andaman and Nicobar Islands are found in the middle of the great Indian Ocean. Andaman and Nicobar are divided by one channel. These islands pose a unique tropical evergreen forest. The British used this island as a separate prison, which is known as art water for Indian freedom fighters. The local people of the islands still maintain their separate existence, these Indian tribes are known as Jarawa and the Great Andamanese.
