   1.Jammu and Kashmir is the only state in India which has a tenure of 6 years while the tenure of all other states in India is fixed only for 5 years.  Under Article 370, people living in Jammu and Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir have got double citizenship, of which first Jammu and Kashmir belongs to India.It is the only state under Article 370 which has two flags, one of which is the flag of the state and the other is the national flag of India. Residents of Jammu and Kashmir can also hoist the State Flag along with the national flag by the order of the government.

 2.  Under Article 370, there is no crime in insulting the national flag with national symbols in Jammu and Kashmir. Under Article 370, there is no restriction on accepting the order of the Supreme Court, also no law of Indian government can be enforced without the permission of the state government in Jammu and Kashmir. Jammu Kashmir has its own separate constitution.Under Section 370, if Jammu and Kashmir women marry any person from India, then they are canceled by the citizenship of Jammu and Kashmir, whereas on getting married to the Pakistani woman, the man gets the citizenship of Jammu and Kashmir.

Jammu and Kashmir people living outside Jammu and Kashmir cannot take land in Jammu and Kashmir and cannot even vote. Jammu Kashmir has two states, from which in the winter Jammu and summer Srinagar is their state. The literacy rate of Jammu Kashmir is more than Pakistan and India.There is a total of 111 seats in the Jammu and Kashmir assembly, but the elections are only for 87 seats as 24 seats remaining in Pakistan occupied Kashmir, which has been kept vacant since 1957.
